To make this event awesome and make sure that everyone can enjoy this unique experience, the organizers find it necessary that all participants agree to some reasonable terms and conditions.

I have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I am at least 18 years old by the date the camp starts: 28th October 2023.
2. I understand that, according to local law, this makes me an adult, and I take full responsibility for all of my actions during this event.
3. I will abide by the house rules of the venue, the requests of the staff and the camp organizers, and I will treat everyone with respect during the whole camp.
4. I accept that in case of any serious misbehaviour or misconduct (especially but not limited to any form of harassment or abuse) the organizers reserve the right to deny further participation in the camp and I must leave the camp's premises as soon as possible. In case I am asked to leave camp, I am not entitled to a refund on any participation or activity fee I had paid.
5. I will not hold the organizers, local Mensa or the MY-SIG / MY-Foundation responsible for any injury or loss/damage to personal property that might occur during this event.
6. I will not bring any people to the event that have not signed up and/or paid through the official sign-up and payment process (this website).
7. I will comply with the COVID-related rules in force in the country of event at the time of the camp as well as this event's COVID policy.
